At Thoughtleadr, we believe a healthy ecosystem depends on publishers creating great content and advertisers engaging their audience. We built the Thoughtleadr platform so publishers have the technology they need to ensure their audience and space are fairly valued. We also focus on healthy audience engagement. Our goal is to support the publisher’s ability to produce outstanding content.

Adam Lipman, CEO

Adam has a diverse background that spans multiple industries. He spent more than a decade with one of the world’s largest biotech companies as both a technologist and a leader of a global team. Most recently, he spent two and a half years as CEO of one of the top mobile software development studios in the world. While there, he led this game-changing software development company to new heights and helped shape the digital presence of many of the world’s leading brands. Adam earned a bachelor of science in Molecular Biology and a master of Business Administration from the University of California at Davis.

Todd Cullen, CTO

Todd, founder of ThoughtLeadr, has been involved in startups on four continents. His last company, ReignDesign, is one of the premier mobile ideation companies in Asia. Todd’s passions include UI development, language design, cycling, and skiing. Todd earned a bachelor of arts in both Biology and Economics from Wake Forest University.

Christian Baer, VP Sales

Christian is most noted for recruiting and onboarding some of the world’s top web publishers and app developers for several ad-tech companies; Opera Mediaworks, Mobile Theory and Technorati Media. He has extensive knowledge in publisher network development and monetization strategy and has over ten years of experience in the online advertising industry, including managing several teams as a Director of Publisher Development.
